DETAILS

FURTHER INFORMATION

There is a whole range of possibilities:

  • Expand the vineyard to 12-15 acres, employ additional part- or full-time labour. Employ part time sales staff to assist with the sale of the wine and arrange functions.
  • Build and operate a café. These are very successful in the Southern Highlands
  • Diversify into other products. Currently, olives, protea and home industry products are doing well in the district.
  • Feed the developing Southern Highland tourist market, which is being heavily promoted by State and Local governments. As an example, the LEP is currently being revised and is expected to allow farm stays in vineyards.
  • Do nothing. Sit back, enjoy the view and drink the wine
